High-intent model review

Already have a model — but don't completely trust it?

Tell us what the model is supposed to do, what decision it supports and where you think it may be weak. Geneyes will assess the fit and recommend the smallest useful next step.

Request a model review

This form takes about two minutes. If the model is a fit for a review, we will recommend the next step rather than forcing a broad consulting engagement.

Only provide access you are comfortable sharing. You can revoke access after the review.
What happens after you submit

Geneyes reviews the decision, timing and model concern first. The response will point to the smallest useful next step: a focused review, a broader diagnostic, a rebuild scope—or no additional work if the model is already fit for purpose.

Relevant client feedback

Financial modeling work that earned follow-on trust.

One prior client highlighted the speed, communication and iterative revisions behind a financial modeling engagement—and indicated plans to continue using the work for future modeling and CFO needs.

What a review can uncover

Common issues include revenue forecasts that are disconnected from operational drivers, cash models that ignore collection timing, scenario logic that is too difficult for management to use, hard-coded assumptions, unclear ownership and models that answer investor questions but not operating questions.

Commercial next step: if the model needs a focused diagnostic, Geneyes may recommend a fixed-fee Financial Diagnostic. If it needs a rebuild, the scope is defined before work begins.
