Privacy policy

How Geneyes Financial handles information submitted through this website and its decision tools.

Information you provide

Geneyes Financial may collect information you voluntarily submit through calculators and forms, such as your name, business email, company, role, revenue range, service interest and planning inputs. This information is used to provide requested results, review advisory fit, respond to inquiries, route leads and improve services.

Financial information

Do not submit highly sensitive financial files, account credentials or regulated personal information through public forms. The Financial Model Review uses an optional secure link that you control and can revoke.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Geneyes may use analytics and advertising measurement technologies to understand visits, referral sources, campaign performance and website interactions. When Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) is enabled, Microsoft may collect or receive data through the UET tag to provide advertising measurement, conversion reporting and related advertising services. Microsoft describes its privacy practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Campaign parameters such as UTM values and Microsoft click identifiers may be stored with a lead submission so Geneyes can understand which marketing activity generated the inquiry.

Service providers

If email, CRM, analytics, advertising or automation tools are configured, information may be processed by those providers to operate the service, deliver requested results, route inquiries and measure performance.

Review before launch

This policy should be reviewed for the actual vendors, jurisdictions, retention practices and legal requirements applicable to Geneyes Financial before production launch. Consent mechanisms should be added where required by applicable privacy law before activating advertising or analytics tags.
